User Data Deletion Instructions

Step-by-step instructions on deleting an Adreporter account and associated data (compliant with Meta Platform requirements).

1. Overview

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms and international data protection standards, Adreporter guarantees users the right to request full and permanent deletion of their accounts and all associated data.

You can initiate account deletion at any time directly through the platform interface or by contacting our support team.

2. What Data Is Permanently Deleted?

When an account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently purged:

  • User profile information (name, email address, password hash, phone number);
  • Third-party integration tokens and credentials (Meta Marketing API tokens, amoCRM keys, Google OAuth tokens);
  • Meta CAPI webhook configurations, event dispatch logs, and conversion caches;
  • Synchronized Google Sheets export tasks and job histories;
  • Workspace configurations for workspaces owned by the user.

3. What Data Is Retained and Why?

In accordance with statutory tax and accounting regulations, invoices and payment receipts for paid subscriptions are archived for audit compliance for 5 years.

Anonymized server logs recorded for security and fraud prevention purposes are retained for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically rotated and deleted.
