3. User Accounts and Security
To access and use the platform, the User must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information.
The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, passwords, and session tokens. All actions performed under the User's account are deemed to have been executed by the User.

5. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The User warrants that they have all requisite rights, licenses, and authorizations to connect their accounts and access data on these third-party platforms.
Adreporter is not responsible or liable for changes to third-party policies, API limitations, rate limits, or outages occurring on external provider systems.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain platform features are made available under paid subscription tiers. Pricing, billing plans, and subscription periods are detailed in the corresponding section of the platform.
Subscription fees are billed in advance at the beginning of each monthly or annual billing period according to the selected subscription plan. All paid fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
The Company reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with at least 14 days prior written notice before price changes take effect.
